Yes, I personally feel that the humans could have innate ideas or knowledge. For this belief, I would like to showcase two different reasons. Often in our life experiences, when we visit a significant place or participate in some discussions, it seems that the same flow of event or the same flow of conversation has taken place previously or might occurred once in dream. These ideas I believe can be regarded as innate ideas. These are the ideas with which an individual is born. However, while the innate ideas can serve as basis of knowledge, often it seems that these innate ideas are vague or cannot be identified in wholesome nature.
